a report released in Boston on Tuesday.

Court rejects PPG appeal, allows price-fixing lawsuit to move
forward - The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia ruled
last year that the case could proceed but it threw out claims that focused on
the automotive replacement glass market. The remaining claims involve
price-fixing of flat glass products used in windows and other items.
Owner parts with parts to benefit burn survivors -
Saturday, organizers of a West Michigan benefit car show and auction for burn
survivors started unloading the vintage automotive merchandise. They plan to
auction off the donated parts during the May 21 event at Fifth Third Ballpark

Body shop fire damages vintage cars - Ormond Beach
--The fire started about 7:15 a.m. in the office area of the auto body shop and
quickly spread to the ceiling then throughout the building. Nobody was in the
auto body shop when the fire started. -- The insurance company has yet to pay
for the hurricane damage. -- "I have been struggling to keep the place going
for the last six months and just got it back to running order in the last six
weeks." Several customer vehicles were also damaged in the blaze, the owner
